Rates are per room per night:
price room only / price with breakfast
Room 1: Single - shower en suite - £55/£65
Room 2: Single (Double bed)- shower en suite - £65/ £75
Room 3: Double - bath en suite - £80/£100
Room 4: Twin with shower en suite - £80/£100
Room 5: Single - (Double bed) shower en suite - £70/£75
Room 6: Single with shower en suite - £55/£65
Room 7: King with luxury shower wet room - £110/£130
The Annexe: SuperKing including a fully fitted luxury kitchen and lounge
(Or made up into a Twin) - £140/£160
Note: Minimum 2 night weekend stay Thur/Fri, Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun and 4 night minimum stay during special events i.e. Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood and Revival. Supplement per night on Special events.
WEDDINGS: 2 night only bookings. If all rooms are taken by wedding party then children any age are welcome. (However we cannot provide cots and highchairs etc) Full English breakfast available on day of wedding with continental breakfast only the following morning.

To make a reservation:
A deposit of £50 per room is required by debit/credit card to secure your booking. Alternatively, deposits can be paid through online banking. Please contact us for bank details. Debit and credit cards are accepted (except American Express).
Full Payment for bookings made within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you should have to cancel your stay with us please let us know as soon as possible so that we can re-sell the room.
Up to 48 hours notice of cancellation a full refund less £3 card fees
Less than 48 hours - deposit non-refundable.
100% of first-night stay if cancelled on day of arrival.
Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm (other times by prior arrangement only)
Check-out is 10am mid week and 10.30am weekends.
